Cancellation Policy

Delivery fees may apply based on location. Setup area must be level and free of debris. Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits. Tent must not be moved after installation. No open flames, fireworks, or grills inside the tent. Damage caused by misuse, burns, or vandalism will result in additional charges. Severe weather may require postponement or cancellation for safety reasons.

Cleaning Expectations

Please return the tent free of excessive dirt, decorations, tape, food waste, and personal belongings. Normal outdoor wear is expected, but excessive cleaning due to mud, stains, adhesives, or debris may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Damage Responsibility

The renter is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the rental period. Charges may apply for torn fabric, bent frame components, missing parts, burns, or damage caused by improper use, severe negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Late Return Policy

The standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise agreed. Late returns or delayed pickup access may incur additional daily rental charges. Please contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental period.
